National Dual Training System (NDTS)

To Produce Knowledge Workers (K-Workers)

This is an industry-oriented training scheme that combines workplace and institutional training. School leavers or existing workers who meet the criteria can be offered an apprenticeship opportunity by a sponsoring company to undergo training.

A contract is signed between the company and the apprentices prior to the training. Apprentices are given an allowance throughout the training by the company and are obliged to work with the company upon completion if they are offered employment.

Courses conducted by AUTO PRIMA COLLEGE are;

  • National Skill Certificate (SKM) Industrial Electronic Technician – Equipment Level 2
  • National Skill Certificate (SKM) Industrial Electronic Junior Technician – Equipment Level 1             
  • National Skill Certificate (SKM) Automation Technician Level 2
Advanced Certificate in Autotronics
Awarding Body Department Of Skills Development (DSD), Ministry of Human Resources Malaysia
Study Fee Sponsored and monthly allowances given
Entry Requirement SPM School Leavers or existing workers selected by the company
Duration 2 years (4 semesters)
70% of the training is carried out in the selected industry; on-the-job
training (OJT)
30% theoretical class and basic skills training is conducted in AUTO PRIMA COLLEGE
