This IMI Awards Level 3 International Qualification in Customer Service is a learning programme which offers individuals working in the retail automotive industry the opportunity to develop, improve and gain recognition in customer service. This qualification has been designed to reflect the five customer service themes (Foundations, Impression & Image, Delivery, Handling Problems and Development & Improvement). 

Who should join this programme?

The qualification suits sales, after-sales, service & parts advisors and body-shop receptionists and customer advisors. However the qualifications are also for individuals who recognise that customer service skills and knowledge complement their technical skills, for example, a tyre fitter, parts operative or technician.

In addition this qualification is aimed at those who wish to progress and manage a Customer Service team at their place of work.
